Guide On How To Post Your Pictures.

Heres a basic guide on how to post your pictures.
You can upload your pictures directly to this forum, or you can use a different hosting website like
Image Shack, Photobucket, etc.

***Before uploading any pictures, whether to third party or directly to forum, its best to resize your image to 800 pixels on the long side so that the images will show up on users screen at a reasonable size. Please keep images to 1200 max on the long side.

1. Uploading Your Pictures Directly To Our Forum.
In the "Post New Thread" window click on the "Upload A File" tab.


That will open a window where you can select the picture from your computer.
Once you've done that you will see the uploaded file in the attached files box.
From there you can choose to post your picture as a small thumbnail or full size.

Tip: If your going to post multiple images and would like members to comment on each, Its a lot easier for them to do so if you number each image and put some space between each image.

2. Posting Pictures linked From A Third Party Image Hosting Site.
Once you have uploaded your image to your host you will need to copy the "Image Code" which looks like this [XIMG]httpX://img263.imageshack.us/img263/2535/3038.jpg[X/IMG] without the X.
You only need to copy everything in-between the IMG brackets, including the brackets.
Now all you have to do is paste what you copied into your text and the image will be there when you post your thread.

You could also use the insert image button which brings up a text box to paste the URL of the image you want and the image will show up before you even create the thread.
