    Its so fuzzy and cute! Is it just my iPad or is the face of this little guy a bit dark? I cant really see the eyes. /wonders about "monitor calibration for ipad"

    Its face is a little dark I was shooting into the sun I could use recovery and a little Fill light in Lightroom, but I dont have it on my laptop. I think this one is a Pied Billed Grebe.

    And to answer my own question, yes an ipad can be calibrated! Spyder makes a free app called SpyderGallery.

    No there eyes are black The ones I photographed are called Pied Billed Grebe there are quite a few different types of Grebes. These guys are so tiny they are the size of large baby ducks they can fit in the palm of your hand.
